1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and vvph ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the vvph online casino platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, games, services, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing wagers, or otherwise using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and Services.

vvph operates under the authority and regulation of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities conducted through the vvph platform are subject to PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. These Terms are supplementary to, and do not supersede, applicable regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the vvph Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. vvph implements strict age verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents to verify your age. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Geographic Location: You must be physically located within the territorial boundaries of the Republic of the Philippines when accessing the Services and placing wagers. vvph employs geo-location technology to verify user location. Accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines or attempting to circumvent geo-location restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who lack legal capacity, including but not limited to minors and individuals under legal guardianship, are prohibited from using the Services.
• Account Limitations: You may register only one (1) account with vvph. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.
• Exclusions: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of vvph, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and business partners are not eligible to register accounts or participate in promotional offers unless specifically authorized in writing.
• Regulatory Compliance: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion orders, gaming bans, or regulatory restrictions that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities in the Philippines.

vvph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong password that is not easily guessed or compromised
• Never share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify vvph if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of your account after each gaming session, particularly when using shared or public devices
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized

3.3 Account Verification

vvph implements a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and other documentation as requested. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Restrictions

vvph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

vvph accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and other authorized payment systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only. vvph is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services. Using the Platform to transfer funds between payment methods or for purposes other than gaming is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following procedures:

• Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are required
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method and account status
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on payment method and verification requirements
• vvph reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals
• Bonus funds, pending wagers, and funds subject to anti-money laundering holds may not be immediately available for withdrawal

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

vvph maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) procedures. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Suspicious transactions or patterns may be reported to relevant authorities. vvph reserves the right to freeze funds and investigate suspicious activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vvph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published at the time the Promotion is offered. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable Promotion terms in addition to these general Terms.

5.1 Bonus Terms

Standard bonus terms include but are not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses typically require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by Promotion and are clearly stated in the Promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less or not at all.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While fulfilling wagering requirements, maximum bet limits apply. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses and any associated winnings may expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only winnings that exceed the bonus amount and have met all wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Promotion Eligibility and Abuse

Promotions are intended for recreational players only. vvph reserves the right to determine Promotion eligibility at our sole discretion. Players who abuse Promotions, engage in bonus hunting, or otherwise fail to act in good faith may have Promotion privileges revoked and accounts terminated. Examples of Promotion abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim Promotions multiple times, using betting patterns designed to exploit Promotions with minimal risk, and colluding with other players.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the vvph platform operates according to specific rules, payout structures, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules before placing wagers. vvph is not liable for losses resulting from your misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Fair Gaming Certification

All games offered on the vvph platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent gaming laboratories including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and iTech Labs. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by vvph or any third party.

6.3 Bets and Results

All bets are final once confirmed. Game results are final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or other error affecting gameplay, vvph reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes. Disputes regarding game results must be reported within 48 hours of the disputed game session.

6.4 Technical Issues

While vvph maintains enterprise-grade technical infrastructure, technical issues may occasionally occur. In the event of server downtime, connectivity issues, or software malfunctions, vvph will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and resolve issues promptly. vvph is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Underage Gaming: Persons under twenty-one (21) years of age are absolutely prohibited from accessing the Platform, registering accounts, or participating in any gaming activities.
• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, engaging in identity theft, or any other form of fraud.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, or allowing others to access your account.
• Collusion: Colluding or conspiring with other players to gain unfair advantages, manipulate outcomes, or engage in any form of cheating.
• Geo-Location Circumvention: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to falsify your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, automated playing software, hacking tools, or any other unauthorized software to interact with the Platform.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing vvph staff or other players through chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any illegal financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting Promotions in violation of the spirit of the offers.

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. vvph reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VVPH, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, "VVPH PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform or Services
• Decisions you make based on information provided through the Platform

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF VVPH PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (₱1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the limitations set forth in this section may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by vvph

vvph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the Platform, other users, or vvph's business operations. Suspended accounts may be reinstated at vvph's sole discretion following investigation and resolution of the issues leading to suspension.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available funds. vvph is not responsible for funds remaining in closed accounts. Closed accounts may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reopening is permitted.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, vvph offers self-exclusion tools that allow you to temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy and PAGCOR requirements. Self-excluded players may not access the Platform, create new accounts, or participate in gaming activities during the exclusion period.

9.4 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must discontinue all use of the Platform and Services. vvph may retain and continue to use information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to liability limitations, dispute resolution provisions, and intellectual property rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.2 Formal Complaint Process

If your issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to our compliance department. Formal complaints should include your account details, a clear description of the dispute, supporting documentation, and your proposed resolution. We will investigate and respond to formal complaints within fifteen (15) business days.

10.3 Regulatory Authority

If you are not satisfied with vvph's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which regulates vvph's gaming operations. PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures are available on their official website.

10.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

vvph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Effective Date" and may also send notification via email or through Platform announcements.

Your continued use of the Platform and Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and Services immediately. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Material changes to Terms affecting pending transactions, active bonuses, or player balances will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where practical, and such changes will not apply retroactively to transactions completed before the effective date unless required by law or regulation.
